I recently booked the keratin + haircut package with Riya at Harro, wow. I had been struggling with frizzy, dry hair for months, and she not only listened carefully to what I wanted, but also suggested just the right treatment so my hair looks smooth and healthy now. The stylist even showed me how to maintain it at home. The ambience is so relaxing, soft music, clean chairs, friendly staff, I left feeling like a new person. Definitely coming back.
I got a facial (Hydra + Carbon) here two weeks ago, and honestly, my skin has never felt this clean and glowing. Divya, the therapist, explained every step, was gentle, and asked about my skin sensitivities before she started. The waiting area is cozy, and no awkward smells or chemicals. I love that my pores look much smaller, and that glow is still there. A big thank you to the entire team.
After trying at least three salons nearby, I finally found Harro Unisex Salon for laser hair removal — and the results are great! The tech, Amith, was professional, patient, and very reassuring during the sessions. They explained how many sessions I'd need, what to expect in terms of discomfort, and how to care for skin after. Plus, the front desk staff were warm and helpful when booking. A bit pricier than others, but you pay for care + results, 100% worth it.
